We do not offer specified day deliveries if you are unable to accept delivery on certain days do alert us and we will help you in every way possible, if you have missed the delivery our drivers will leave a card, please contact us to reschedule.

Assembly & Room of Choice
Room of choice £49.99 - Please ensure that the passage is clear and there is sufficient room for our team to put the bed into your chosen rooms.
Installation £99.99 – If all customers could ensure that the previous bed has been dismantled for our team to fit your new bed as our team are not responsible for dismantling old beds. Due to health & safety we do not offer the option to take away your old bed.
Cancelling an order
We do try our absolute best to ensure that all our customers receive the absolute best care, you can cancel your order if the order has not been dispatched, usually all orders are dispatched within 72 hours so it would be best to alert us at the earliest point to ensure we can cancel the order otherwise a £30 handling charge will be applicable.
Headboards and ottoman boxes
Our Headboard and ottoman boxes are delivered on a tracked service where you will be provided a tracking number, and delivery is 3-5 days
